 For those who might be wondering, the flag and banner were painted by none other that Eric's lovley wife Kathy, known to many as Bonnie Kate. 

I do not believe that she is on Renspace yet, but I'm betting if you contact Sir Eric , he can put you in touch with her.

 Have I mentioned how much I love her work???

Just returned from our second vending stint of the year, at Siouxland.  Had a really great time, despite wind rain mud and ackward encounters.

 Arrived Friday night much later than we had planned, and set up in the dark.  No big deal...plenty of light on site and we are pretty good at it by now.  Returned to the campsite and had plenty of getting the tent up and ready to go....had a few drinks with the crew and toddled off to bed.

 Saterday.....rain mud and more mud.  And straw.  And more mud.  And despite it all, and truley good time.  Its really hard not to have a good time when dealing with such a great a group of people as those in Sioux falls...really.

 So, once we got enough the canopy up and enought straw to stop the small river in our tent, things went pretty smoothly.  We stayed dry in our little shop, and did decent business despite the rain. ( ok, well we at least covered the vendor fee)

 Also unveiled the banner and flag this weekend painted for us by a good friend

 Spent Sat night sitting around the campfire drinking and laughing....I still think gypsy camp is one of the best parts of fest.

 Sunday started sunny, and mostly stayed that way with a couple short showers.  Towards the end pf the day the wind picked up and caused some people some problems.  The ladies next to us lost thier tent and and had the take down our awning before it tore down our entire tent.  Had another good day, and got the meet PC's ex-wife.....that was ummmm...interesting........Oh and in a very high point to the weekend, we won a vendor award!!! Felt very, very honored to be honored by this faire!!

 So....why is Foo the center of the universe?  Well.....Earlier this year we realized that she was connected through about 6 degrees of seperating to a very close friend of min.....which is only odd give that we are seperate states....

 The second....that ex-wife I mentioned.....she was at the faire with her friend....the friend turned out ot be Foo's aunt....

 So....either Foo is the center of the universe...or its just a strangley small world....hmmmm.
